"He has faith in you. One day you'll believe me."
Eko tells Locke about Yemi, about the plane he was on, both planes crashing on the island.
"This cross was worn by my brother, Yemi. Yemi was a great man, a priest, a man of God. And because I betrayed him he was shot and died. He was placed on a plane which took off from an airstrip in Nigeria half a world from here. Then, the plane that I was on crashed on this island. And somehow, here, I found my brother again. I found him in the same plane that took off from Nigeria. In the same plane that lies above us now, that has concealed this place. And I took this cross from around Yemi's neck and put it back on mine, just as it was on the day I first took another man's life. So let me ask you--how can you say this is meaningless? I believe the work being done in the Hatch is more important than anything. If you will not continue to push the button, John, I will." Eko
Jack tries to ease Libby's suffering while Hurley tries to talk to her.
"I'm sorry I forgot the blankets." Hurley

Questions:
Was Charlotte Malkin really dead? Was she on the other side? Did she see Yemi?
Is Richard Malkin really psychic? Was he telling Eko the truth?
Was Locke's original dream of the beachcraft meant to lead him to The Pearl?
Who occupied The Pearl station?
Is it real? Is there a psychological experiment being observed on the people in The Swan station, or is it really on those in The Pearl? Was the information that was recorded used for anything?

"Would you like to watch that again?" Eko
Notes:
Ana had the gun, and as far as Jack, Kate, Sawyer and Locke know, "Henry" attacked her and took the gun, then shot her, Libby and Michael, yes? Well, if that were true, then why would Ana be sitting on the couch, relaxed, shot in the abdomen? Why does no one question this? It confuses and angers me that no one would be suspicious of this situation until later, when Sayid, the man of reason and intelligence, knows that Michael has been compromised. Where is the CSI? It is quite clear that none of what Michael claimed actually happened.
When Eko has a dream to follow and knocks Locke out and he wakes with Eko sitting next to him, it is reminiscent of when Locke experienced, the dream he had of the beachcraft, which also ties him to Eko, and what he did to Boone in Hearts & Minds.

"What happened?" Libby "I cut myself shaving." Ana Lucia
"Here's the thing, even that would be good, because then Libby would be like, "it's the thought that counts," and I'll score major points. Especially when she sees me holding it over my head." Hurley "And why would I hold a static generating radio over my head?" Sayid "They didn't have Say Anything in Baghdad? It's awesome. Notes:
The way that Ana Lucia meets Christian Shepard is very similar to the way she met Jack in the Sydney Airport in Exodus, Part 1.
Jason McCormack is referred to as Jason Alder by Teresa Cortez, Ana's mother.
We later find out that the woman Christian is arguing with in Sydney is Claire's Aunt Lindsey.
Sawyer later meets Christian in the same bar that Ana Lucia dropped him off at.
Michael didn't completely lie, he told the truth about what he saw, except for not seeing Walt, he just didn't tell them that he was leading them to a trap.
I totally called Ana Lucia dying long before this episode.
