3.07 Not In Portland

1. Juliet sitting on a beach, crying, she goes into a building, Ethan passes her in the hallway, she enters a room, takes out a vile, draws something into a syringe, a woman wakes up, it's her sister, Rachel, she appears to have cancer, Juliet says that they don't have to keep doing it, but Rachel asks if she's afraid it won't work, Juliet injects her, opens the curtains in the apartment, they live in Miami, an Oceanic plane passes by. 2. Jack tells Kate to go, tells Tom that Juliet can't fix Ben, not a surgeon.
3. Sawyer beats the crap out of Pickett, Kate and Sawyer run.
4. Juliet, Medical Research Lab of Miami Central University, the bio-research building, Diana from Mittelos Bioscience calls, she has an appointment at 2 with Dr. Alpert, she steals 2 viles marked "Test Sample," while her ex-husband, Edmund, who is there with another woman, Sherry, catches her in the building when she's not supposed to be.
5. Juliet tells Jack about that Kate and Sawyer aren't going to make it back to their side of the island because they're not on that island, they're on a smaller island 2 miles off shore, Jack tells Tom about her plan to kill Ben, Tom tells her to leave.
6. Pickett goes after Kate and Sawyer, who are looking for a boat, Alex comes to save them, she helps them hide in a hole she dug underground.

Juliet has her meeting with Dr. Alpert, Mittelos Bioscience, Oregon, just outside of Portland, privately funded, means freedom, she asks why they would want her, he says Juliet successfully impregnated a male field mouse, she says it didn't carry the term, he shows her an x-ray of a human womb, Juliet says it's a woman somewhere in her 70s, but Alpert says she's only 26, that he'd give her the complete freedom and money to find out about it, thinks she's special, lead a team, she says her ex-husband wouldn't let her, Alpert says that maybe they could reach out to him on her behalf, she says he would only let her go if he were hit by a bus, she says no to the job, that she's not a leader. 15. Juliet sees Kate, Sawyer and Alex on a monitor in The Hydra.

Sawyer, Kate and Alex see Aldo guarding a door, reading A Brief History in Time, Alex says that Karl has to be in there, she's looked everywhere else, they play the wookiee prisoner gag, Aldo calls Pickett on the walkie, Kate threatens to shoot Aldo in the knee, he tells her Karl is in the building, in Room 23.

Room 23, very loud music, screen, flashing pictures and words, flowers, coins, keyboards, the moon, Gerald DeGroot, "Plant a good seed and you will joyfully gather fruit," "Everything changes," Karl with an IV, wearing some kind of lighted glasses, "We are the causes of out own suffering, "God loves you as he loved Jacob, "Think about your life," Sawyer seems to be hypnotized, transfixed by the screen, but Kate yells at him and he snaps out of it, Alex removes the IV and glasses from Karl. 22. Jack asks why they wouldn't just go to a facility, Tom says because every since the sky turned purple, but then gets interrupted by Jack nicking an artery and the heart monitor beeping.
23. Sawyer, Kate and Alex take Karl to Alex's boat, Pickett shows up, is going to kill Sawyer, but so does Juliet and she kills Pickett, tells them to leave, but Alex can't go, she says goodbye to Karl.

3.04 Every Man For Himself

1. Desmond watching Claire and Aaron, says she has a problem with her roof, but Charlie and Claire decline his help, say the shelter is fine.
2. Jack watching cartoons, Juliet brings him blueberry pancakes, Jack says that maybe he should take to Ben, but Juliet says Ben isn't in charge, that they make decisions together.
3. Ben says he needs Juliet, that the sub is back.
4. The Others return with Colleen, Sawyer says they did it.
5. Sawyer's hatching a plan, the electrocution of Pickett, with water and the electricity from the machine in his cage, Kate's impressed, but she asks what about Jack.

7. Sawyer in prison, boxing, Munson being bullied, ripped off the government for 10 million, they never found it, the warden is protecting him, Sawyer imprisoned for 9 months, says warden is buttering Munson up, then he'll use his wife against him, test book con.
8. Sawyer, 180 lbs., 35 years old, he tries to pull his electrocution trick on Ben, but Ben beats the crap out of him with his beating stick.
9. Tom says it's been 2 days since the sky turned purple, the comms are down.

11. Desmond asks Paulo for a golf club.
12. There is a bunny with a #8 painted on it, Ben shakes the cage, apparently kills it, says he put a pacemaker in it like Sawyer, 70 bpm resting heart-rate, 140 active, above that will cause Sawyer's heart to explode, gives him a pulse monitor, 15 beats within the danger zone, it starts to beep, can't tell Kate or he'll put one in her too. 13. Sawyer is brought back to his cage, where Kate asks what happened, but Sawyer says nothing, that he doesn't tell her everything. They give Sawyer and Kate something to wash off with, and her something new to wear. When Kate undresses, Sawyer's heart monitor goes off.
14. Cassidy Phillips visits Sawyer in prison, while Costanza sits by, talking to his wife. Cassidy turned Sawyer in, she tells him about daughter, that they live in Albuquerque, near the University, her name is Clementine, Sawyer says it's not his kid. From Lostpedia
15. Juliet asks Jack for help, brings him out, past the cages where Sawyer and Kate are being held, they sound an alarm and put a bag over Jack's head so he can't hear or see Kate and Sawyer yelling for him.

19. Kate climbs out of her cage, Sawyers says to leave him behind, that it's every man for himself, Kate says she only said she loved him, so Pickett would stop hitting him, Kate climbs back in, says it's live together, die alone, Ben watches on the monitors.

21. Juliet tells Jack she's a fertility doctor, the woman who died was Colleen, Jacks asks about spinal x-rays that he saw, a man about 40, large tumor on L4 vertebrae, says that he's a spinal surgeon, he asks who he's there to see, who has the tumor.
22. Desmond pitches a lighting rod near Claire's tent, he watches nearby, as it starts to rain, there is a bolt of lightning that the rod catches, which almost hits Claire's tent. From Lostpedia

Sawyer finds where the money is, he was working for the warden, Agent Freedman of the Treasury Department, the money, 10 million is in a red Bronco in a Stor-Quik Facility, Sawgrass, off 441, unit 23C, last 6 years of his sentence commuted, his commission, put in an account in Albuquerque, in the name of Clementine Phillips, with no way to find out where it came from.
25. Ben shows Sawyer another island, they're island, which they're no longer on, he has no pacemaker, they only put doubt inside him, the bunny was given a sedative, shows him a bunny with the #8 painted on it, Ben tells him that the island they're on is a small island roughly twice the size of Alcatraz, that there's nowhere to run, threatening Kate is what scared him, Ben quotes Of Mice and Men. 38. Desmond is on his sailing race, waves crashing over the boat, he wraps his things safely, his book, Penny's photograph, he is knocked out on the deck of the boat, washes up on the island, man in yellow hazmat suit finds him, takes him to The Swan.
39. "Are you him?" Kelvin "What?" Desmond "What did one snowman say to the other?" Kelvin
40. Kelvin Inman, the same man, Joe Inman, the CIA operative that forced Sayid to torture in Iraq, says he found Desmond washed up on shore, says there was no boat, alarm goes off, Kelvin pushed the button, Desmond asks what it is.
41. "Just saving the world." Kelvin
42. Desmond watches the Orientation film, he asks Kelvin about the missing parts.
43. "Radzinski made some edits." Kelvin
44. Kelvin says that Radzinski was his partner, to put the film back behind Turn of the Screw when he's done, Desmond asks why he wears the hazmat suit when he goes outside, Kelvin says so he doesn't get infected, he tells Desmond to take the vaccine every 9 days, that he was out there for a while before he found him, that he hopes it's not too late.
45. Desmond asks Locke about Mr. Eko, Locke tells him he's a priest and Desmond is weary about locking him out, Eko is pounding on the door, he then climbs out of the hatch through the shaft that Jack, Locke and Kate originally climbed down to get in the hatch, with the quarantine door that they blew off with the dynamite from the Black Rock. 46. Eko asks Charlie about the hatch door being blow off, where the dynamite is.
47. Kate spots others following them in the jungle, her and Sawyer turn the tables on them, Sawyer kills one of them, the other gets away, Jack says they've already been warned, gives up that he already knows what Michael did, he confesses, that he let "Henry" go, killed Libby and Ana Lucia, Hurley wants to go back, but Jack says no, that he has a plan.
48. Sayid, Jin and Sun arrive to the rock with the hole in it by the shore.
49. Charlie leads Eko to the dynamite, he wants to blow up the blast door.
50. "It would take an atom bomb, brother. Tell him not to bother." Desmond
51. Kelvin shows Desmond how to fake a lockdown so he can draw on the blast door map, Desmond puts a cart under the door, Kelvin mixes detergent in a cup to paint with it, he tells Desmond about Radzinski, put a shotgun in his mouth while Kelvin was asleep, that he buried him, Desmond's been there 2 years, he wants to go outside, Desmond was kicked out of the Army because he couldn't follow orders, Kelvin says men followed his orders, that Desmond isn't going outside into the jungle. 52. "How do you even remember where you left off from?" Desmond "Slowly, Des. Very, very slowly. You should have seen Radzinski do this. He had a photographic memory. I mean, this whole baby was his idea." Kelvin "Yeah, right, Radzinsky. Radzinski figured out how to fake a lockdown. Radzinski created this great invisible map. 53. Charlie questions whether the button is a joke, but Eko shows Charlie the magnet by throwing his belt at it, he asks if that's a joke.
54. Eko lights the fuse for the dynamite and hides behind a wall, Charlie runs away as a fire ball chases him from behind.

Desmond wakes, alarm is going off, he pushes the button, he can't find Kelvin, he hears him, he's underground, below the computer room, with a key, says he couldn't do it, the only other way out, a failsafe, Desmond asks about the wall, the incident, Kelvin says electromagnetism, geologically unique, the incident was that there was a leak, the charge builds up and the button discharges it before it gets too big. 56. "Here's the real question, Desmundo—do you have the courage to take your finger out of the dam and blow the whole thing up, instead?" Kelvin
57. Charlie and Eko appear to be dead from the explosion, Locke doesn't seem to care.
58. "Is the reason you're letting that clock there run all the way down to the very last tick—is it because you need to look down the barrel of a gun to find out what you really believe, John?" Desmond "I looked down the barrel of the gun and I believed. I thought it was my destiny to get into this place. And someone died—a kid. Because he was stupid enough to believe that I knew what I was talking about. And the night that he died for nothing, I was sitting right up there, all alone, beating my hand bloody against that stupid door—screaming to the heavens asking what I should do. And then a light went on. I thought it was a sign. But it wasn't a sign. Probably just you going to the bathroom." Locke
59. Sayid investigates the Others camp that Michael described, but it's deserted, empty huts, the hatch that Michael told them about is fake.

62. They see the signal fire that Sayid lit by the shore, they hear whispers, voices, "Elizabeth" and "Michael," they're shot with darts, taken by the Others.
63. Desmond asks Locke about the other station he found, he tells about psychological station, 2 men observing, notebooks and pneumatic tubes, shows him the printout from the computer there, Desmond wonders if he got it backwards, if the men in The Pearl are the experiment. From Lostpedia
64. Kelvin is going out into the jungle in his hazmat suit, he says goodbye, but Desmond gets suspicious, sees a tear in his hazmat suit, then follows him. Kelvin takes off his mask outside, goes to Desmond's sailboat, knows Desmond followed him, says he was a spook for 10 years, that he knows when someone is following him, he says he's fixing that boat, that Desmond can come with him, that maybe the button isn't even real, Desmond questions why he lied to him, why he went on about damns, electromagnets and failsafes, Kelvin says he needed someone to save the world after he left, Desmond gets angry and attacks Kelvin, accidentally hits his head on the rocks and dies, Desmond takes the failsafe key from around his neck, runs back to the hatch, everything is shaking, the alarm is going off, there is a system failure, Desmond tries to type in numbers but to no avail, there are hieroglyphs on the countdown clock, eventually it works and everything is reset, fixed, back to normal. Desmond studies the printout from The Pearl station, numbers and the word accepted repeated many times, then he finds 922044:16 and SYSTEM FAILURE written many times over, he asks Locke when he got there, when his plane crashed, Locke says 60-65 days ago, September 22, and it's the same day that Kelvin died and the button wasn't pushed, there was a system failure.
